  • Pairs well with:

    Toss Potayto-Potahto with olive oil and chopped vegetables before roasting at a high temp. Try it with potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, parsnips, cauliflower, or eggplant. It also works in a skillet for crispy hash or added to eggs, chickpeas, or rice bowls for an easy flavor kick.

    HOW TO:
    Don’t overdo it. Just a spoonful mixed with olive oil is enough to transform a whole tray of veggies. Add salt!
