Made with turmeric and our secret blend of warm Middle Eastern spices, this mix adds unforgettable depth to everything from cucumbers and carrots to turnips, peppers, and cauliflower. The main flavors shine, while the background spices add just a whisper of complexity. All you need is vinegar, water, and veg. That’s it.

Just 1 to 1½ tablespoons per 4 cups of brine is all it takes to turn plain vinegar into pickling gold.

  • Pairs well with:

    Add In A Pickle to your brine and fermented vegetables. Let it Try it with cucumbers, onions, carrots, cabbage, turnips, cauliflower, or peppers. It’s also great added to pickled eggs, labneh bowls, or mezze platters.

    HOW TO:
    Use 1–1½ tablespoons of mix per 4 cups of brine for crunchy, golden, flavor-packed pickles.

  • Ingredients:

    cinnamon, cardamom, fenugreek, black pepper, cumin, garlic powder, nutmeg, salt, ground coriander, turmeric

    * Store in a cool, dry place.
