This is our take – and secret recipe – of the traditional Yemeni Hawaij, reimagined for bold, everyday cooking. Souper Spice is an incredible mix for a flavor-packed pot of soup, stew, or anything that needs a warm aromatic lift. With turmeric, cumin, black pepper, and other Mediterranean spices, it builds depth fast, no long simmering required.

Use 1–1.5 tablespoons per pot and let the blend do the work.

  • Pairs well with:

    Great in hearty soups and stews with lentils, beans, or your favorite protein. Adds depth to veggie soups, chickpeas, or even quick weeknight broths. Just sprinkle it in, let it simmer, and let the flavor do its thing.

    HOW TO:
    Use 1–1.5 Tbsp per pot, or more to taste. Add salt.

  • Ingredients:

    thyme, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, fenugreek, ground mustard, granulated garlic, turmeric.

    * Store in a cool, dry place.
